Every 3 minutes we had to run 2 laps around gym
40 jumping squats
40 pushups I did the first 21 with a clap
40 situps
40 thrusters with 2 30# dumbbells (my legs were still tired from the 40 jump squats)
40 leg lifts
40 kettle bell swings with 45#s
40 line jumps, over and back was one
that took 13:34
and then ran a 1/2 mile
Cutback week for my long, slow run today. 10 miles on hills.
This is easily one of my favorite training courses.
