Every 3 minutes we had to run 2 laps around gym
40 jumping squats
40 pushups I did the first 21 with a clap
40 situps
40 thrusters with 2 30# dumbbells (my legs were still tired from the 40 jump squats)
40 leg lifts
40 kettle bell swings with 45#s
40 line jumps, over and back was one
that took 13:34
and then ran a 1/2 mile

Man, I both dread and can't wait to get back to those workouts. It's gonna suck!

crossfit at lunch I used 95#. 3 rounds + 4 reps Coach added 3 x 100 meter runs in because it was a nice day. T2B is toes to bar.

Today was a very nice, slow and easy day for me. 3 sets of bench press, curls and tricep extensions followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and a 1 mile cool down jog. To finish I hit the sauna for a few crunches.
