Every 3 minutes we had to run 2 laps around gym
40 jumping squats
40 pushups I did the first 21 with a clap
40 situps
40 thrusters with 2 30# dumbbells (my legs were still tired from the 40 jump squats)
40 leg lifts
40 kettle bell swings with 45#s
40 line jumps, over and back was one
that took 13:34
and then ran a 1/2 mile

Good lord, man - I hope you mean "I started running at 8:10pm"!

I had my last long run tonight - a little slower so I don't do anything stupid this close to the match. 8 miles with 40 lbs at an 11.7 min/mi pace.

lol. I think 8 miles with 40# sounds more difficult than what I did. Thats tough!

Thats a lot of work. Good time too!

Tks, I try to pick a weight that pushes me, there are some competitive people in that class so it is a very motivating atmosphere. Often I ask myself when I start to slow down is the reason mental or physical and keep pushing.
There are some pretty amazing people and workouts on here. Jim Tks for responding to the thruster weight question.

5 mile run at lunch at 10 minute pace.

Crossfit after work was
strict presses, push presses, Chest to bar pullups, hand Release push ups, jumping squats, box jumps, & v ups.
