Just placed a small order with them this afternoon. 55 minutes later I have an email stating that my order has shipped. This is what's known as fanf***ingtastic customer service.

Ya know, we've had people complain about that. "Didn't give me time to change my mind" "I wanted to add to the order". Even had one guy demand a refund because he was only ordering to beat the post election banic and Trump won.

I placed an order on Black Friday (evening). They shipped it Saturday and it was delivered Monday.

I have never had a bad dealing with FBT.
