It gets a little easier with each "sale" email I can delete without opening. Some emails are easier to delete than others but I'm learning I can do it. I just have to be strong.

You can always unsubscribe to those emails and then re subscribe at a later date if that will help curb the temptation.
I get so many of them kind of emails 99.8% of them i never open.
