Why would Bob quit OU and go to ND? Throw your dynasty in the gutter and go try to build another? I don't think Bob has that in mind as he doesn't seem "hungry" for it or have the drive anymore. That's not a criticism, he's earned every bit of what he has, early and quite comfortable retirement included. I could see him as AD just for something to do.
Who's to say? I agree on the drive part. I don't see it as throwing your dynasty in the gutter, that's a helluva job. However, I think dealing with all the douchey ND alum and administration would be more trouble than it's worth. But to be honest, I don't care for Bob as AD over Castiglione. I don't think Bob could do a better job than Joe, Joe owns that job IMO.
