I can see how very easy it is to have two different sides that can be taken on the OP video. Just ran across this item that might shed some light on why some of the LEs are getting antsy.

Two Officers Ambushed, Shot While Stopping for Red Light
by AWR Hawkins 8 Aug 2018

"Two officers were ambushed Tuesday night in Camden, New Jersey, and shot while sitting in their police car at a red light.

Fox 29 reports that at least on suspect walked up the car and began shooting. Camden County Police Chief J. Scott Thomson described the suspect as a “male” who shot “between 10 and 25 rounds…at the officers.”"...

I think this is a product of the way cops view people and that’s not as people to protect but an enemy population. This is evidenced by the widespread acceptance of police treating people like trash by default. Yelling, cursing, threatening to kill, slamming people down unnecessarily, is a completely acceptable way to police. This leads to more bad stuff obviously. I think its irresponsible to justify it at all.

What is it with cops emotional state these days? It often sounds like they are having an emotional breakdown when engaging people. It seems to be in most of these shooting videos. I wonder if a cop gives you orders in that panicked, having an emotional breakdown voice if you aren’t better off bolting for cover. Haha jokes. But really.

Is there any kind of emotional stability test for being a police officer?

This is why I will never be disarmed.

Police are just a corrupt corporate organization at this point.

Show me a police officer who doesn't take part in gestapo jack-booted thuggery tactics.

Don't forget the people who believe in absolute obedience to authority, and--by implication--anybody who fails to do so is wrong. No question is raised of whether the authority, or the authority's behavior, was appropriate; just automatic, unquestioning obedience.

I will say, it is product of society it goes both ways. Is not the same as it was 15 or 20 years ago a COP told you to stop people obey. Now days if you ask the youth they don't think much of LE, bad person coming to pester and throw his authority around. You can see that clear, look at the news you hardly see anything good done by the cops but you see it all over the news when a cop shoot someone regardless of the reason for shooting. Sometime the get blame even if they are innocent/justified for their actions, it gives the perceptive that all cops are bad . I know that there bad cops, but the percentage is very low and is not responsible at all to throw everyone in the same postbag. I don't justify at all, but also I'm smarter to know that every case is different and I look at it at case by case basics.
