Last Time You Fired A Shot

Went twice last week and fired 200 rounds of 45 ACP and so far I've been to the range twice this week and fired 100 rounds each time through a couple of my 1911's in 45 ACP.......headed back to the outdoor range again shortly to fire 100 rounds of 9mm through another one of my 1911's.

With all the ammo I'm burning I'm beginning realize that this retirement thing is getting to be pretty damn expensive.

I shoot almost everyday because when i go to check the cows there is almost always something to shoot. i also have a terrible muskrat problem right now so i have been getting a few shots a day in for a few weeks.

A few shots from my 17 HMR in the last month or two. The last pistol shot was late February or early March. I had planned to rectify that with a trip to Red Rock yesterday afternoon, but a little 'yard project' took way too much time and I was hurting way too bad when I got done. Gonna' try again this afternoon.

Unfortunately I had another back operation before this dang virus thing hit. Couldn't hardly raise a handgun unless in a defensive situation and shotguns are out of the question for a while according to my doctor. I'm thinking I'm healed enough now to at least shoot a 38 special so it won't be much longer for me.

Feb 15. Ran a few hundred rounds through Glock G44, S&W m&p 2.0 .40 and S&W EZ 9mm.. Tried again in March and the local range was closed. Same in April. It reopened right after I went back to work...lol. Gonna go again when I get home in May. Just gotta watch my ammo. No .40 left and low on 9mm. Hoping supplies come back up where I get my ammo from.

The day before the emergency shutdown orders went into place my daughter and I went to Happy Hollow. Got some time on my Glock 34 and 19M then made sure the Aimpoints on my ARs were all doped in at a little more distance than normal.
