My prediction is the Durham report comes out AFTER a Trump/Biden debate, which will state some finding that will make him either not eligible to run or will just leave him with no chance to win....................Kamala steps up to the podium then, woman of color just like they wanted, and not enough time for a Kamala/Trump debate before the election. A woman of color who's available to run for two terms is what they want.
