I was getting 10+ calls a day until I started telling them not to call, take me off their list cause I buy houses the same way they do.
The calls and cards have about all stopped.
Wish the extended warranty people would stop.

Love how they fake it being a hand written note. Looks that way to me. I’m very familiar with real estate wholesaler techniques. I was going to do it for awhile but it’s kinda shady.

Yes for sure. Pretty clear. They also use voicemails that are pre recorded to sound off the cuff.

There are people that mine all the sales data and track down info for possible owners then they sell it to the real estate wholesalers. They are often not willing to actually buy your house. They will get it under contract and then assign the contract to an actual buyer. They take the difference. If they can find someone.

Scammers often work to appear dumb ....hoping you'll feel sorry for them simultaneous to "taking advantage" of their "stupidity"

I tend to write that way, using all caps but with the first letter of the first word of a sentence and the first letter of proper nouns capitalized. However, the lettering seems too consistent for me to judge it as handwritten.
