Damn!! Just read the thread! It’s no wonder the gun community has the bad name it does! Even at a mass pro gun event people won’t be careful!! Do you think this stuff is staged by anti-gunners? I mean surely after all the previous ND’s at THIS show they would have a system in place.

While I wouldn't put it past the anti-gun Karens to stage something, they don't have to.
NDs occur without their "help."
Gun handlers without any knowledge - and even some folks who did get trained "when ahh was in th' Arr-meh" - can be a menace to themselves (and more importantly, others).

Nah, I don't think they can think that hard. This was just someone who squeezed a trigger because he probably was an expert or had no idea what he was doing.

I was in a gun store that had a big ziplock bag on display with all different kinds of ammo in it (.22 LR, shotgun shells, brass and steel case centerfire).
This was several years ago, before the current period of crazy.
Anyway, another customer asked about it. They said Oh, that's ammo we found in quote/unquote UNLOADED guns customers brought in to sell or trade.

Sadly, my experience as well.

Dad was a stickler for gun safety (treat every gun as loaded), so I figured anyone with firearms was raised the same way. Didn't take me long to find out that was NOT the case...
