Meh. Now, if a similar procedure would work for buying a suppressor (show your card, pay your NFA fee to the dealer, and take the suppressor home), THAT would be a big deal! This 10 month backlog thing is insane.

In relation to the carrying of firearms open/concealed I believe we do here in Okie land.

You asked what "SDA" was and I answered it. What is hard to understand about a law being passed to allow citizens to carry concealed? What do you mean by your second sentence?
As for cards, applicants that passed for the CCW permit received a card, and originally, if one was interacting with a police officer, we were to inform that we were carrying and show our permit.

So do ppl still get the c-card? If so why?
