But seriously, carnivore is legit. Look into Dr Shawn Baker and Dr Ken Berry. Dr Baker was on rogan and at the time of the interview he was on carnivore for a year. Dude was a body builder. He said he’s never felt better than when he was on a full carnivore diet. And he could afford the bloodwork and his blood work/cholesterol/etc were all good. Elevated cholesterol levels immediately after eating but they would level out shortly after.

I need to shed some weight and haven't watched the videos yet but I'm going to.

It would seem like to me that if a person cut out veggies all together and just ate meat that constipation would be a problem......veggies = fiber / roughage = good bowel movements, right ?
Oh contrare my friend. You’ll have an peculiar need to sit on the the porcelain goddess second and third day. After that, if you truly only eat animal products, you likely will poo every third day or so. A blessing in disguise. The amount of money I save in food and toilet paper costs is amazing! Lol

I have done the carnivore diet on and off. I will be going back on it again soon.

I usually eat bacon and eggs, hamburger steak, and maybe roast or steak when it's on sale. I drink water, black coffee, and sugar free sports drinks.

For those of you that are on it, what do you typically eat each day?

This differs how from the Adkins diet of approx 20 years ago? All the meat and cheese you can eat, skip everything else? My mom forced me onto that diet but put limitations on the intake so I was pretty damn miserable and hongry all the time

Very similar, but no restrictions on intake. Eat until satiated. Meat (inc. fish, chicken and eggs) and healthy fats. If you're doing it right hunger won't be an issue. Not everyone can tolerate dairy so cheese may be a problem for them.
