He can respond to commands, is aware what happened, and gave a thumbs up and move most of his extremities well.
Hopefully, the news will eventually release the story on Sgt Johnson's organs, as I'm sure there are some, hypothetically speaking.

Several law officers were injured Thursday morning in a crash in Oklahoma City during a procession for a fallen Tulsa police officer.
At least four troopers on motorcycles crashed on the Kilpatrick Turnpike.
The crash happened on the Kilpatrick Turnpike just east of the Broadway Extension.
Emergency crews are on the scene and a medical helicopter has been dispatched to the scene.

The news said 3 troopers critical. More prayers needed. It seems this month I have been continually on my knees, figuratively, since I cannot literally.

How tragic !
From watching the video and seeing the damage to the back of the SUV, it looks like maybe one of the officers ran up on the back of the SUV while merging and set off a chain reaction.
Hopefully all of the officers involved will be all right and recover fully.
