25-45 Sharps in an AR upper, parent case is 223 necked up to 25.
My uncle told me about this. I had never heard of it before, but by the way he described it, it sounds very cool.

What say any of you guys who have an actual opinion on this cartridge or have any experience with it.

I shot one at SHOT Show range day this year and it was very accurate. I think it would make a great deer round, although I bet ammo won't be cheap. Here's a story on it:

It might actually make it, as it should be easily made from 556 brass, and fairly flat shooting unlike .300blk... 85gr .25 may not be the most efficient long range round, but might make a decent deer load..
