.49 for 3lb sweet potatoes

Our Aldi's had .49 for 3lb bag of sweet potatoes and .99 10lb bag of russet. Today I peeled blanched and dehydrated 15lbs of sweets

Next up are the 30lbs of russets will clean slice and blanch them as well makes them look pretty.

I love aldi. I do almost all of my grocery shopping there now.

They have sales on produce that are great for prepping if you dehydrate. I'm waiting on the three packs of bell peppers to go back on sale.

Crap! Those russets are cheaper than a box of clay birds. I'll have to get some put on top of the fence posts and shoot.

Went to Aldi yesterday for spuds and japs. Quirky store. I fit right in.

I bought a bag on Saturday and baked a couple to go with the fish we baked. Good stuff.
