How many more whites are there than blacks, in total? You're missing the critical piece controlling for population numbers. That is, what is the rate of blacks and whites killed by police, controlling for how many there are in total?

What you're saying is that Blacks are involved with the criminal justice system in numbers far out of proportion to their percentage of the population. This is correct; they are. Is this the result of racism against Blacks?
