One thing I learned from doing that........BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RIGHT THUMB EXTENDED OUTWARD. Not doing so will cause the back end of the safety lever to make unpleasant contact with the end of your thumb!!

No I was using my trigger finger. But the first time the bolt did come back and smack my thumb. so you gotta watch that.
