Would you travel to CO right now or in the near future?

Odd, I’ve never had that issue there. Had it in okc daily, and every major city I’ve traveled to.

Unfortunately, major changes in the almost 50 years I’ve been going. It was about 2015 that we decided we didn’t need anything in town.

We go every year to escape the heat. We lived in Colorado Springs for many years (before Colo was Cali-fornicated) Raised our kids there and our son's ashes are spread at Marshall Pass on the Continental Divide at his request. We have a grandson living near Aspen. We don't spend much time in the cities.

I go to south fork but that is a long way from Denver.

Same here. We only stay in the South Central area that remains conservative.

We have stayed in lakecity for two months in the summer for the last 10 years or so. Nice to get out of the heat here. We will be there all of August and some of September. Also going to chama in June for fly fishing.

Ya’ll stay in Okla this hot summer.
It won’t be so crowded in the mt’s.

You’ll find me in the cool aspens on my Honda XR checking out some of the old ghost towns.
Or maybe trout fishing in that cold, fast water around Buena Vista.
Or maybe checking out some of the old mines around Leadville.
Man I love those afternoon thunder showers.

The year after weed was legal it was like someone flipped a switch. The number of homeless panhandlers was very noticeable. Was talking to a cop at the Honda motorcycle dealer. When I asked him about it, he rolled his eyes. He said the number of petty theft and vehicle break ins skyrocketed overnight.
The thieves were just looking for small items to sell or trade.
