Here, but occasionally There.
From a laew enforcment perspective I feel everyone should be subjuct to the laws as for the OHP speeding that is not the first nor the last time that will happen I see know reason why lights cant be ran ran eccept oh yea that automaticly turns on thier dash cam in most units!

Not related to what you actually said, but if the number in your username is a zip code, why is it different from the zip code for the town listed as your "location" in the user profile?

Just curious as I am originally from Keyes.

Exactly, nowhere does it say anything about "immunity from prosecution". This politician wasn't arrested while going to or from or during the legislative session if she was "arrested", (as others would be) at all. The argument is that she can't be tried and the charges should be dismissed because she was in office at the time the alleged crime occurred.

So her lawyers made an argument they didn't win. What exactly is the problem?

The case is going to the state Supreme Court, we'll see what happens.
Some would contend that the problem is that immunity exist in different forms that are not in the Constitution, kind of contradicts "equal protection under the law".

So far so good. If the Oklahoma Supreme Court over-rules the decision, that would be the time to get your panties in a wad. Right now things seem to be going the way you'd want them to go. So, why the long face?
