Think Czechoslovakia circa 1938.
The Germans marched into the Sudetenland on 1 Oct 1938. JB, ole buddy, lousy analogy. Some of us remember Lidice.Glad you didn't say Czechoslovakia circa 1939.

J/K, JB, J/K. If you ever get the time, "Seven Men at Daybreak" is a damned good read about the events that led up to the horror that became known as "the Lidice Massacre".You are absolutely right. No intent to offend or minimize the horrors of WW2. Too much history channel. My apologies.
I can see how hard it is to remember historical dates when all they show is pawn stars. You are absolutely right. No intent to offend or minimize the horrors of WW2. Too much history channel. My apologies.

That's cool. I like WW2 books because, as my GF says, "I'm an old soul."I like WW2 movies and books. I think because I had a very close relationship to my Grampa (he was on a b-17).
The first thing everyone should do in the pit is check out Jennifer Aniston's boobie pics.
