How about action shooting with that .22? We are having a rifle match next month, on the 20th at the OKCGC where kids and .22's are encouraged and shoot for free!

I know they have youth shoots at TCGC every so often but not sure about the scheduling. You might get in touch with the officers in charge of CMP and/or youth activities and ask them about events in your area. All the offices are great that I've talked to. They are helpful and devoted to getting the youth interested in shooting sports. Just google Tri City Gun Club or maybe look at the monthly news letter @ hangfire.org for contact info.
