I picked up a really nice High Standard Riot 12g at the gun show this weekend. Now I feel like Steve McQueen in "The Getaway" I wonder if the seller was one of you guys???? I should have asked, but I was too busy fondling it.

Just now. It sure does. I just don’t always trust that online listings are correct if they contradict factory or published information.

I don’t think you got screwed at that price. If you had paid a bunch more for a “special” rifle, then you would have been. But I don’t see the ad claiming to be special. It claims “equipped from the factory with a painted laminated stock” and info I’ve found says the factory painted stock is some kind of solid wood, not laminated.

Got a great deal on this bad boy. I have wanted this pistol in 9m for a while now, just couldn’t bring myself to spend the money. Found a great deal on this in .45 so I jumped on it. I wanted in 9m because I have a 9m can. Now I’m jonesing for a .45 can.
