We are making more progress! Decided to check with a neighbor and he had a trencher. He said to let them get harvest done and he'd come dig it for me.
About 10 minutes with this bad mambajamba saved me untold hours of digging.

I've had mine up for maybe 2 months now. Absolutely worth the money, I was getting about 2 to 2.5 Mbps (you read that correctly: two or two and a half).
Now I'm getting upwards of 200 at night, almost always 50+ during the day.
The receiver is up about 16 feet, pointed to the north. The system says it has an unblocked view of the sky.

The Dish Network dish is going bye-bye : we will start streaming as soon as I run some Cat 6.

In my setup, the Rohn tower itself is grounded .

Just checked. Since 5pm this evening -
Min: 24 ms
Max: 91 ms

Thanks. That max is a bit higher than this online gamer would like to see. My connection is only 15 mbps, but latency generally runs between 10-30 ms, and over 75-100 ms starts causing some hitches in my gaming experience.

Just checked mine (12:37pm) using Speed Test.

PROVIDER: Cox
LOCATION: OKC
UPLOAD: 5.6
DOWNLOAD: 115.1
PING: 7ms
JITTER: 1ms
PLAN: Internet 100 at $49.99/mo
If I could get cable or some type of physical connection internet I would.

It's just not available where I live. It's satellite or wifi (or even worse, cell phone internet), and until Starlink satellite was very, very expensive.
