Anyone had a deep well pump installed lately ?

There are a slew of how to pull a well pump the easy way etc. on youtube. One is with a boat trailer wench.

Fortunately, my well water table is about 10' below the ground and keep 20' of the well pipe and pump under the surface so I can easily pull it myself. We lost our pump two months ago. The three wire with no control box is the only way to go. Pressure switch is all that is needed.
speaking of pressure switch, I helped troubleshoot a well awhile back. Pressure switch was the issue. There was an ant between one of the contacts. Removed the little body, and the pump started working.

When we have problems like no a/C, no water etc. we don't have time to jerry-rig things-we need the a/c or water now! Terry, I'm glad you got things worked out.
