Apache Rattlesnake Festival 2022

Pretty good turnout at the festival so far this year. Ate a bunch of really good junk food (will eat more today) and bought a dueling tree from one of the vendors for my range, so that was awesome. Go check it out today or tomorrow if you get a chance.

I live 8 miles away and still never get to it but once every couple years. It's like doubled or tripled in size.

Back in the day these snake hunts in Okeene and others were infiltrated by outlaw bikers and had a lot of problems. They even called in deputies from surrounding counties one year to quell a fight. I hope they are safer than they used to be.
