Arby's Super Reuben

There's an Arby's next to where I work, so I've had 3 this week already. It may be the best sandwich I've ever had. Plus, I eat just one and I'm not hungry for the rest of the day.

Join their email club. I got a email coupon yesterday for free fries and drink with Reuben or Super Reuben purchase. They are always sending emails for free food.

Kaiser's makes a nice Reuben, too. I haven't been to an Arby's in years. I did have one of their Reubens a few years back and it was tasty, but I think this one is a different sammich than what I had.

They're really simple to make. Warm up sauerkraut in a small pan or skillet (perfect when cooked with pepper until almost browned). Rye bread + Swiss cheese + corned beef + thousand island dressing + [optional] spicy brown or dijon mustard. Layer to your preference, butter both sides of the sandwich and cook in a skillet just like you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
