I made a german stout last year that was so good, it ended up being the recipe for the Bricktown Brewerys stout. The Brewmister wanted to taste it after I mentioned it to him and he and the manager loved it and asked for the recipe. They told me I could drink it free when they had it on tap.
I just made it again last april and let it age until 4 weeks ago...soooo good.
