I also find it funny on here how so many seem rabidly opposed to one voting their conscience if it is influenced in any way by their Christian faith. Or voting to place members in .gov't who share their religious convictions or moral stands.
Pehaps surprisingy, I agree. I'm not Christian, and my viewpoints radically differ than many Christians, but I don't hold it against them if they are voting or believing based on their faith.
I still think they're wrong most of the time and I disagree with much of the associated morality being legislated onto those who aren't of their faith. But there's nothing wrong with the steadfastness of their beliefs as long as I'm not adonished to abide by them That may be the bigger issue at hand here.
