It means he thinks you don't value our rights and believe that everyone should just do whatever the government tells us to. After all, they just want to protect us from ourselves, right?
Well, the last I heard advocating taking up arms against the government and wanting a civil war was illegal, not to mention unpatriotic. Come on, GTG, you are for that? I thought you were brighter than that.

I have a dream......it involves the federal gov.securing the borders,providing our armed forces and all us state hicks managing/governing our own state w/o interference from a bunch of disconnected demagogues.
If that were to happen. we'd cease to be a superpower. We'd be a collection of little states.
It doesn't work because we are waaaaaaaaay too divided. One side is too far to the right, and one is too far to the left. People only care about "being right" not about what is best for the country.
