He'll likely be on death row. I doubt prison justice will find him.

He will face justice, hopefully in this life, and certainly in the next.

Unfortunately, he is likely to live a long time before justice comes for him.

I don't get angry very often, but there is a special place in hell for people like this. I may need a career change to Oklahoma DOC.

Having worked in a max facility, I can tell you this. He will be PC'd the second he gets off the transport van. 24/7 probably 3 man escort regardless if he gets the needle. Should he ever get sent to gen pop, he will take a swing at the first officer he sees and re PC himself. Pieces of **** like this will never risk gen pop.

To the first officer to handcuffs this turd, go 4 more clicks for me please. Hell, go 5.

Or even keep my mouth shut. I am normally one to champion civilized justice, but there are a few crimes like this one where I think a rope and horse for transport down a long gravel road to a tree would be far more fitting.

I just cannot imagine someone having so little control over themselves or so little regard for the vulnerable and defenseless to ever find themselves in this situation.

I believe DHS was also involved.

Due to a custody battle with my ex's ex (ya'll follow that?) after we were married I have had some first hand involvement with DHS. To say that the 3 I was exposed to were idiots would be doing a discredit to idiots. It may be the most troubling interaction I've ever experienced with any government employee. Everything went our way, but the incompetence was rampant and evident from the initial introduction.

I wouldn't trust those folks to pick out a new home for a stray that had just wandered onto my property. I don't know how ya fix that level of incompetence.
