Parents should be responsible to guide their children to a point in their life to be responsible. However, at some point in time, the "children" start making their own decisions that are beyond most of their parents control. It then becomes their choices that becomes who they really are in real life. Some make good choices, some make stupid choices. Bad situation here, but it could have been worse.
Go to the facebook page of the aunt and read some of the postings about the home invasion. The level of stupidity is astounding.
The second guy might have been playing on the first guy's comment, or he could just be a giant ahole.

Maybe if the families would be as involved in their loved ones life as much prior to the shooting as they are after, their loved one would have never have been in that situation to begin with. Just saying...
