How do you pass a "moral character review" when you are in this country illegally????? Illegal= criminal

Agreed it is an illegal and criminal act, but he's "technically" not a criminal until charged and convicted of the crime.

I've been on here too long. Starting to sound like an attorney. :disappoin

Doesn't that describe not just the California bar, but California as a whole?

Sorta kinda. There is a wholesale exodus from California ongoing. Many taxpayers leaving, many benefit receivers arriving, it seems.

There are still a lot of people who can not or will not leave who have not given up on the place. Go to NRO and read the last dozen columns by Prof. Victor Davis Hanson, for instance. There are still conservatives in the inland agricultural areas, but they are greatly outnumbered by the huge populations in the SF Bay Area and in Los Angeles.

Still shouldn't pass a moral character review.

Are you saying that illegal is always immoral? If so, then was it immoral for Rosa Parks to not give up her seat? Was it immoral for some Germans to hide Jews?

Since the politicians don't seem to understand the difference between legal immigrant and illegal immigrant, perhaps I should go to a bank and make an illegal withdrawal. After all...it's no different than a legal withdrawal right?

That might work if bankers were politicians. Unfortunately most bankers have above average intelligence and can tell the difference between legal and illegal.

It's too bad the same can't be said about politicians (or some lawyers).

It's not illegal to cheat on your spouse, that means it's moral to do so.

Actually it is illegal.
