I stopped watching the Rangers after my boy Nolan Ryan left the game, but if I were to put money on any team this year, Rangers would have my bet.
Well Nolan Ryan is the main reason the rangers are becoming such a good team. he is still very much involved. I'm happy to see them doing so well but I'm pullin for Philly to win it this year. Houston traded Roy Oswalt to em and that guy deserves to win it all. Been my fav. player for awhile. Him and Berkman but he's with NYY so I just can't root for him

I have no beefs with any teams this post season (I'm anti-Cub and anti-Red Sox), but I would like to see the Rangers or Twins do well in the AL just to mix it up. Since the Rangers are cutting their Oklahoma ties, I'll favor the Twins.
In the NL, I like the Braves and Giants (not a big Reds or Phillies fan). Giants, because Lincecum a beast. But I will favor the Braves, because Bobby Cox needs one more (he was born in Tulsa, after all).
But if I was betting real money, I'd put it on the Yankees.

Say what you will about the Yankees, they're good. Especially in October.
