Was the perp sitting in an outhouse? 10+ seconds is a long time to get the target to sit still for bullet travel time..

5 times a day they are prostrate on the ground with their ass up in the air praying for their virgins. This perp prayed longer and that day his prayers were answered. Very predictable behavior.

I wonder what scope sees well at that distance?

Nightforce or Vortex Razor HD Gen II. S&B doesn't have anything on the Razor HD Gen II. S&B are great but there are others out there too.

Very true, I forgot about 5x prayer time. I sure hope it doesn't leak out that's when they whacked him, Canadian Libs would raise hell..

Bryan Litz shot a 0.6 MOA 3 shot group at 3,611 yards. Last year he came in second at King of the 2 Mile competition. I'm not comparing this to the Canadian sniper. Just with proper equipment, training, and practice the once unthinkable is now doable.
