I've seen these on Woot and Home.Woot several times over the last couple months or so for $10 + shipping. They seem to get ok reviews, seems like they keep cool, but not cold. Maybe stainless steel blocks would work best? But then I'd worry about the frozen metal sticking to my lips.

"I got a rock." - Charlie Brown

I'm just not sure about putting actual rocks in my drink... they claim no adverse effect on taste. :anyone:

They're not supposed to be "ice cold"... they keep the drink at a lower than room temp ~50F or so, but for longer and without watering down your expensive whisky.

I paid $20 shipped for 2 sets, I think. So just a hair over $1 per cube.

At first I thought you were joking, but now I realize that you seriously did buy rocks.

I have a bunch in the flowerbeds that I would have just given you.
