My daughter knows one of the kids that was hit. Rumors are circulating that the girl who did it told a friend she was going to do it. All morning it has been talked about being intentional. She never hit the brakes.

That is believable. You would have to be passed out drunk to do something like this. Or do it intentionally.

It was horrible. The police bike was tossed about 30 yards, the officer was not on it. Of the many that were taken to Stillwater Medical, three of those were life flighted from SMC to other hospitals. I never want to see anything like this again.

Hard to imagine someone would do that intentionally, but there's plenty of crazy out there.

If she was DUI or did it intentionally, she'll certainly have the rest of her life to reconsider her actions...behind bars.
