It's sad that it took such a tragedy to see it, but it is nice to see the community supporting one another. And, I have to give props to OU, as hard as that is, for their support as well. I wish people would work together like that during the best times instead of just the worst.

A woman accused of driving her car into a crowd of people at Oklahoma State University's homecoming parade "purposely" went around a barricade, ran a red light and drove over a police motorcycle before crashing into the spectators, a prosecutor said Monday.

"The evidence suggests this was an intentional act, not an accident," Payne County District Attorney Laura Thomas said in a public statement. The driver's actions demonstrate "a depraved mind and indifference to human life."

Wouldn't this put 1st degree murder on the table? You have premeditation and intent to kill do you not?
