I just finished reading Alas, Babylon the other night. I've been meaning to read it forever.

Not at all a bad book but I think the best part for me was being introduced to 'The Cannibal Sandwich'.

As I understand it this is made with Dark Rye, Horseradish, Ground Round and Sliced Onions.

It's awesome. Needs REAL horseradish though. Anybody else do these or have ideas to make it better?

Whoa! That looks crazy awesome! I've never heard of those before, but I want to try one!

I see some people like to put mustard on theirs, but I'm not sure which kind. I would try it with some red and green onions (separately and with the white), possibly some bread and butter pickles, and some dijon or spicy brown mustard.
