CC on Public Transportation

My wife threw me a curveball last night, I was sorta proud of her. She saw some rough people sitting at a bus stop and said, "If I had to ride the bus, I would carry a gun."
Can you conceal carry on Public Transportation? It's City/State owned property, but it's not really a facility..Give me the good stuff.

The busses in OKC are not owned by the city. They are owned by Metro Link, I think thats the name, which has a contract with the city to provide the service. The City of Edmond owns their busses and contracts out the drivers. Either way I belive you can still carry.

Even if they were owned by the city, I kind of view them similar to a sidewalk. City property, but a public access area, and not a business facility.
