CCL Renewal wait time

How long does it usually take after the OSBI charge's your credit card for your license renewal and you receive your new license? Can you legally carry during this time of waiting?

I can't remember how long on the credit card but it will usually come within the 90 day window. You also have a grace period for 30 days after the license expires giving you a total of 120 days to get it taken care of. It is my understanding you are not permitted to carry after the 30 day grace period.
