Crow Hunting....Need HELP!

Never tried calling them. Always sneaked up on them.. That was near impossible.
So you can't use rifles??

Yes, use decoys, get an owl one too, if you can find one. I bought one from a hardware store that is made for gardens, they will land in your spread sometimes if you let them.

If you call them in and shoot them, a lot of times they will fly a bit away and sit in the trees and call at you, if you move to the other side of them or to a completely different spot but still within ear shot, they will come to you again, it's like they forgot what just happened.

Crows are tough bastards, I would for sure use pheasant loads, that's what I always use. I love crow hunting, but have never entered a tournament.

I use half a cheese burger in an old wrapper with a scoped .22. Makes for a longer day but it sure is fun!
