I'd go with the US having more reported deaths from COVID-19, but I'm not buying us having more deaths as long as the Chinese gov't is reporting their numbers. The United States is in first place today, more deaths have occurred within the Untied States than any other country in the world-not a record to envy.
Or maybe they're just using lousy tests with lots of inconsistent results, particularly false negatives (see one of tRidiot's posts in one of the other COVID threads). There being 2 strains is probably why people who have had it are testing positive a second time.

It’s easy to get the impression that some people think of it as a sporting event and we’re getting robbed by the refsSo we are now arguing that we should be in second place?
First or second in this race isn’t exactly winning
No matter what place we're in, we're jumping on the same barge as the rest of the world when it comes to capitulating to what the .gov tells us we are allowed to do on a daily basis. And having to rely on Big Brother for protection and sustenance.
Yay, 'Murrica!
US has a population of approx 330 million and #2 Spain has 47 million, #3 Italy 60 million so of course we would have more deaths. It's China and India that should have more deaths due to population but who knows how they calculate their deaths. Figures don't lie and liars figure. The United States is in first place today, more deaths have occurred within the Untied States than any other country in the world-not a record to envy.
