I watched that debacle and the first vote was clearly no better than 50-50. Ditto on the second vote. The 3rd vote was more like 35-65. Took them 3 votes to decide the issue and then they, in a very Democratic way, called it the way they wanted it to be.

Yeah, I agree that "voice" count sure seemed a lot more like 50-50% or even 40-60% than 67-33% - speaking simply of Parliamentary tricks that one was pretty bald-faced and shameless.
