I like to keep it simple, as far as fruit pies I only eat apple. My family on the other hand would make that thing disappear faster than Houdini could.

You can now buy a turducken at Crest Foods in Edmond. I have not done it and see no reason to but I have seen them.

The store bought ones are really good and a lot easier to prepare than a turkey which helps when you're pressed for time. I usually do a turducken for Thanksgiving and then do a traditional turkey at Christmas. If you can find the Tony Chachere's brand "Tur-Duck-Hen" it's the best of them all. Homeland used to carry the Tony Chachere brand turduchen but switched to a different brand which is good but not as good. Next year if I can't find a Tony Chachere version locally I'll order it online from the company.
