Dillon techs advise to red LocTite the set screw that holds the primer seating punch. If that set screw backs out, then things begin to go south.
A neat tip for primer seating cup is to 1/4 turn your shellplate so an open spot is NOT over the primer cup. Loosen the hex screw to allow seat cup to hit the bottom of the shell plate, then tighten 'er down.
