I don't know her particular attitude but try to be nice, do not make her angry and try to compromise-it worked for me and I kept all the $$$, house, retirement and gave her $5,000 cash. She signed and a month later regretted it but once the judge a fixes his signature it's too late. As soon as she said she wanted out I went to a lawyer the next day and in 30 days it was done. I struck fast without delay which didn't give her a lot other time to think or get her friend's advise. Had she fought I'd have given her more because by law she was entitled to 1/2 the retirement and for I resisted it would have cost me more but she didn't and I'm a happy Guy! I hope you work it out agreeably and no one is hurt-especially the girls-that is vital because they'll remember the divorce a long time, possibly the rest of their lves.
