I’m appreciative of Dollar General
and Family Dollar.
They’ve gone to a lot of places that aren’t real profit centers.

lived in my house for almost 4 years now and the closest grocery/general store was 17+ miles away…..and that’s a Williams that’s always 30% or more than everyone else. Dollar general went in just a mile away and it’s mush appreciated. So nice having something close for the essentials.

I'll also show appreciation for them. They do the rural communities a great service where other big stores wouldn't bother to go. They're not the best, but you can get by pretty well with what they offer.

Yep, they are what the little country store was only with worse employees.

They have a store out here pretty close to us. Always friendly and Clover Valley brand is fine.

Weird era. My wife works at our local DG during school hours so she can still drop off and pickup the kids. She loves the community aspect and getting to know regular customers who come in for their daily or weekly items. The store definitely is that small town store that the Walmarts of the world could never be.
