I don't go to the theater often, but I went Friday to see this one. The story is from the perspective of 3 men. An interesting way to tell the story or so I thought. I didn't leave the theater thinking Wow! That was great. But, it was, IMO good. I especially liked the air combat and the final scene.
I would think that someone without an understanding of the context and effects of the "Miracle of Dunkirk" might not really appreciate it.
I wouldn't give it the greatest of all time rating, but I thought it good enough to recommend seeing in the theater.
