well I’m getting my 3rd colonoscopy tomorrow and my belly is eating my back bone because I’m on a clear liquid diet any of you all have any secret recipes for this situation?

Best choice beef broth heated in a big mug with a splash of Lee&Perrin and a couple drops of Choloha hot sauce

I stand by my earlier post. Chili with beans and lots of peppers. Might as well make it an experience everyone will remember.

We have Happy Colon available at Thrifty Pharmacy, haven't used it myself...yet( have done the GoLYTELY ugh) but all our customers have been pleased with it
